• Schedules: Departures will take place in 2 schedules depending on the month of the year:
  • July and August: Departure from 10:00 to 17:00.
  • September, October, and November: Departure from 09:00 to 16:00.
• Arrival: It is mandatory to show up at the boarding point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Conditions and restrictions: Costumes, noisy bachelorette/bachelor parties without prior authorization, sexual items, or introducing outside food or drink are not allowed. The company reserves the right of admission.
• Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity with a full refund. If canceled less than 24 hours in advance or the passenger does not show up, a 100% charge will apply.
